Any way you slice it Republicans are NOT the party of fiscal responsibility that they would like us all to believe. Deregulation? That worked wonders didn’t it? Trickle down? Somebody get me a a mojo bag to protect myself from that voodoo economic theory. Democrats are by and large just as sold out and corrupted by corporate influence peddlers, but this Republican lie ends now!

I will give you the discrepancy in the Obama numbers, and acknowledge that since his term is not yet complete it is unfair to compare the big spending Republicans to him yet, however, Reagan, Clinton, and Bush II all served full 8yr terms. Clintons numbers are not in dispute, nor I believe are Ronnie’s.
“Using the corrected figures does mean that, superficially at least, Democrats have a point. The debt did still increase more, on a percentage basis, under Bush than it did under Obama.”
Like most party line propaganda from both corporate parties, this chart is flawed, no surprise there. What I want to know is why Teabaggers are so adamant about blaming Obama for all the shit Bush left on his plate. They sound like a bunch of brain dead morons, pissing their pants because there’s a “darkie” in the White House. Get the fuck over it. Stop standing in the way of progress at every turn. That ideology is dead.
Sorry, I stumbled across the link earlier today after I had already seen your post a couple of days ago.
Don’t get me wrong, I fully agree with you in this post (and your reply to me), though. I just thought the link should be shared, I guess.
Thanks, and I apologize for my less than civil response. Some of that was uncalled for.
