I have this on a cassette copy of “Moanin’ in the Moonlight” from when I was a kid (yeah, I was a weird kid). I’ve always loved it, although this version is a little slower than the version I knew.

It was in a Viagra ad last year that got a lot of airplay.

I’m making an effort to try and be a bit more positive these days, at least when the negatives aren’t so huge they demand an immediate response.

We are indeed all one. Now if we could just convince more people that that’s really all that matters.

Great Post. Funny that a non-profit entity that constantly advertises all the good it does in providing work for those with serious disabilities can’t bother to pay those employees the bare minimum that is minimum wage (let alone a wage that would allow the employees to be able to buy a home and provide for their own retirement). Dispicable.

Germany also has 30% of the population of the US stuffed into an area approximately the size of the state of Montana. Germany also has highly developed infrastructure which is fully funded. In the US, we can’t even keep our existing infrastructure in good repair. Tax monies are constantly siphoned off to promote the next great political project, to the detriment of the rest.

I keep mine unplugged. But I fantasize about taking it out to the field across the way, and smashing it Office Space style, filming it, and putting it on Youtube to the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ song “Throw Away Your Television.”
